Yes, when you place an order on the Tharas Crafts website, you should receive an invoice for your purchase. Tharas Crafts typically provides an invoice as part of the order confirmation process.

After you complete your order and the payment is processed, Tharas Crafts will send you an order confirmation email. This email will usually contain important details about your purchase, including the items you ordered, the quantities, the total amount paid, and any applicable taxes or shipping charges. The order confirmation email serves as an invoice and provides a record of your transaction.

If you need a copy of your invoice or have any questions or concerns about the invoice, it is recommended to reach out to Tharas Crafts' customer support. They will be able to assist you further and provide any necessary documentation or clarification related to your order and invoice.

Please note that specific details and processes regarding invoices may vary based on Tharas Crafts' policies and procedures, so it's always a good idea to refer to their website or contact customer support for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Email confirmation: If you made a purchase online, the sales receipt is often sent to the email address associated with your account. Search your email inbox for the order confirmation or sales receipt. Check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find it in your primary inbox.
Online account: If you created an account with the retailer or online store during the checkout process, you can log in to your account on their website. Look for a section like “Order History,” “My Orders,” or “Account Dashboard” to find a record of your previous purchases, including the sales receipts.
Order confirmation page: After completing your purchase, you might have been redirected to an order confirmation page on the retailer’s website. If you did not save or print the page at the time of purchase, it may be difficult to retrieve it later. However, you can check your browsing history to see if you can find the confirmation page again.
Mobile apps: If you made the purchase through a mobile app, the sales receipt may be accessible within the app itself. Look for an order history or account section where you can view previous purchases and associated receipts.
Contact customer support: If you are unable to locate your sales receipt using the above methods, you can reach out to the retailer’s customer support. Provide them with the necessary information, such as your order number, date of purchase, and any relevant details, and they should be able to assist you in retrieving the sales receipt.
